    I have spent my time riding the waves of innovation..

    I grew up trading in the pits in Chicago. That experience was a fantastic lesson in how markets and people function.

     

    It also taught me how to trade, and that traders are all fundamentally entrepreneurs in that they hope to divine the future pattern of things, ahead of the crowd.

     

    That trading experience has given me a keen sensitivity and ability to spot opportunity as it emerges.

     

    Innovation moves around, and I have had the privilege in the course of my career to see and participate in the emergence of the Internet wave, the following e-commerce wave, the cloud services wave, the social wave, and now the super-nova of what I believe might be the biggest wave yet...the cryptographic wave.

     

    The cryptographic wave which is best exemplified by Bitcoin, lies at the intersection of the Internet and money. This wave will reshape the financial services world and I believe bring us a new era of free markets. It is my current project to lend my efforts towards helping this future materialize.
